What a wonderful fruit (although it's often called a vegetable). It seems it is fairly easy to grow in Aquaponics (just see all the photos...Jon & Cat Billings and Kobus). I really love experimenting cooking this. There are so many recipes. Broiling, roasting, baking, sauteing, stuffed, curries, mashed and so on. They make great sandwich fillings, especially toasted or panani pressed. We often use them on "Meat Free" days (usually 3 or 4 days each week).
