What are the numbers you are trying to reach when cycling your water?

Well, ultimately the numbers you are trying to reach are 0's. :)

I'm assuming your talking about what ammonia level to maintain while you are waiting for your system to cycle. For fishless cycling, try to keep your ammonia level at 4ppm.
