Cycling issue- nitrites crashed

at 3 weeks, my cycling was going good.Then, my nitrites went from 4-5 down to 0 one day and my ph went to 6.0ish, but my ammonia stayed at 2-4 and my nitrates stayed at 10-20.  Been like that 3 days in a row.  Any thoughts?
