Today my water values are...PH  7    Ammonia  0  Nitrites .25     Nitrates  40  should I add more ammonia?   And....We leave September 1st for a 2 week vacation. I plan to leave the system running and the lights on timers as usual. I have a good many plants growing. I am going to have a neighbor just come in to be sure everything is running every other day while I'm gone. She won't be doing any testing or anything else. Is this going to blow my cycling? I was planning to possibly add my fish the end of September. Any suggestions? This is an indoor grow situation.

do you know how much ammonia it takes to bring it up to between 1 and 2ppt?  if so, you could have the person checking your water levels dose every other day to keep the bacteria kicking along..
