My system is over 90days old and I see no sign of nitrate growth. My water is from my well and the Ph is a constant 7.6 the fish are thriving ammonia is .25-.50.

I have tomatoes and swiss chard . it's OK but I'm feeding sea weed as a nutrient.

Finally...the worms are eating my salad greens . I'm going to use BT to combat them

any suggestions?

The only nutrient seaweed is going to supply is potassium and some other minerals but it won't supply the nitrates.  It sounds like you cycled with fish where you are not going to see the tell tale nitrite to nitrate progression. My guess is that you have a light fish load and enough plants to consume the nitrates immediately. How many fish vs plants do you have?

When I first added maxicrop to my system, it cause my nitrates to go through the roof (added too much :). Some seaweed or kelp products do contain a little nitrogen.
