Can I use GHE Bio-essentials?

Hi all,

Does anyone know / use this product?

I ordered some but read "aquaponics" where they wrote hydroponics (a inevitable mental deformation :-)

I then started wondering if it would harm the fish or the poeple eating the plants.

I saw one mention of an aquaponics user adding that to the water.

Anyone who knows more?
