My plants have a calcium deficiency and i have been looking for crushed coral,,, i also found in the Pet Stores an additive that you can use for reptiles,, has anyone tried to use it?

Why waste the money on store bought products when you have the resources in your own backyard? I see you live in San Antonio, so I know you have an abundance of caliche around. The rock (with the holes) found in it is limestone, high in calcium. It will raise your pH though so be careful.
