business plan for commercial aquaponics

we are looking for a businessplan for aquaponics in Bulgaria/ we have investors ready who ask us for an affordable BP with concrete numbers and all info.  This must include wintertime also, as we would produce all year round     we would like to have a system, both on and off grid combination ,  including the building up of a winter resistent greenhouse  (like we  saw here )  with production capacity like a traditional greenhouse of 5000m2 up to 1 hectare, we have the needed landplots already acquired.

Any one out there who can help us?

Or of course if friendly aquaponics can fit in here?!   we will start up this year before the end.

You can start in the FT of the concrete  and then adding a number of GB  with it WITH SOME FILTERS ...

NUMBER 1 must have power Electric to pumps ..3 horse power for Example to commercial system.s 

No2..limit what volume to FT...how many numbers of fish u want produce..?

 then u can start..it Easy
