OK So I have a breeder colony setup and I have a nice 6 inch male and the only female in the tank that is releasing eggs is pretty small just over 3 inches... anyways Friday I found her and the male in the flower pot she was stuffed with eggs in her mouth. The male kept hammering on her so I went to put a divider in the tank and she spit the eggs out and the others started eating them so I gathered all I could into my egg tumbler... probably about 300 ish... So the female probably had the eggs in her mouth about 2 hours or so. Today is Monday going on four days and the eggs in the tumbler arent doing much of a change in color still kinda beige/tan about half of them are tan with a spot of white on one side... I know next time Im going to just leave her in for 2-3 days and not try to separate them... My question really is are the eggs fertile or should I dump them... Ill post pics if I can figure out how to...DSCF5738.JPGDSCF5739.JPG
