What are the best and/or favored lettuce-salad greens varieties for aquaponics systems, especially in the So. East? Inquiring mind wants to know.

I grew Lollo Rossa lettuce and ate it all winter. Hydroponic. Lettuce needs to be grow in a cool environment. Mine grew in the dead of winter in the greenhouse. I see no reason why you couldn't use either variety in Aquaponics if you can control the temp.
