Bell siphon problems

Here is my problem.  The bell siphon is flimsy and will not stick at one place,  takes hours to trigger.

- do you have a picture of the Bell Siphon where it exit the GB on the underside?

Also pipe diameters appreciated

- also water inflow rate appreciated.
