bell siphon issues

i have 5 bell siphons exactly the same lengths cuts and everything and all drains fine but one drains too early i checked for leaks on the main drain pipe and found none what could cause this and while it drains too early ive took the bell pipe off and put it back in and it stops but thats anoying lol
