Aquaponical

Anybody have any experience with the Aquaponicals? Thinking of purchasing one to introduce myself to aquaponics.

I was thinking of putting one Blackmoore Goldfish in it but would the tank be too small? The only other suggestion I received was to put a Betta and couple Corydora cats in it but would those small fish produce enough waste to convert to nutrients?

I don't plan on using it for vegetables. Probably just some lucky bamboo and/or peace lily.
