Aquaponic System Free to a good home or cause

I have a working aquaponics system that is fully stocked (200+ tilapia) that I would like to find a new home for. The system consists of the following:

1. 400-gallon tank
2. 8 3'x3' grow beds

3. 55-gallon radial flow filter

4. plumbing (pump PVC, etc)

5. High-volume air pump

6. 200- 300 tilapia

I want to give this to someone or a school that would like to use it to build or add to their system. It takes up about 400 ft2 of the greenhouse but could be condensed into 300 ft2. 

It will require you to help disassemble and move (unless this is a charitable donation).

If you have other interest in parting this out for resale, then please let me know. It is only free to someone who will benefit from its use.
