AquaBuffer pH Stabilizing Kit Help

I am trying to grasp how to correctly use the AquaBuffer pH Stabilzing Kit but something just isn't clicking for me. Currently my pH is right around 7. Using the KH test kit from API I measured 4 drops to turn the water from blue to slight yellow. I'm not entirely sure what to do with this information however. The included chart says 4 drops means I am at 71.6 ppm KH. And I understand that I need 2 1/2 teaspoons to move 100 gallons of water 1 KH level. There is a 2nd chart that says Tilapia should have a KH range of 50-100 ppm. Does this mean my system is where it should be and I don't need to buffer anything?
