It's "For Dummies"; it's color-coded, and explained, and all you have to do to get a bottom-line number of whether or not you're gonna make money is to fill it in with your local numbers: fish sale price, veggie sale price by the head or by the pound, fish food cost per pound, electricity cost per kwhr, labor cost per hour, how many square feet of raft area you have, what tax bracket you're in, etc. Then you get a bottom line number that…</p>
