Anybody with fingerlings in the Richmond VA area

First post on the site. Just want to say thanks for all the great info. I have set up 2 IBC tanks. Pics attached. I have a few weeks before i am going to introduce fish. Have a request to get some yellow bull head catfish. I want to do tilapia also. first year in aquaponics so any advice would help. If you live in Richmond VA area get in touch.
