air pump sizing dwc

Are there any rules of thumb to consider when purchasing an air pump for dwc raft beds? I have a 16 foot x 1 foot x 1.5 foot dwc raft bed and I tried using a venturi manifold(diy) to get my bubbles but it just isn't enough. So I'm in the market for an air pump,lines,stones,etc but I don't know where to start any help is greatly appreciated
