Advise please...

Hi all. 
I have only recently built my own aquaponics system and have been learning a great deal about the subject. (No fish or plants were harmed in this experiment !  Yet. )
I have started a small setup as an experiment with the idea of producing commercially later on.
I would really appreciate any input on system designs, particularly materials used for the different components, ie, fish tanks, sumps, raft troughs, etc.
The system I have in mind would be a DWC system, with 4000L fish tank, 1000 L particulate filter and 6000 L grow bed.

There are manuals for sale for doing raft systems.
