Adding new or first fish

Today I got my first fish for my system. My system is made up of  12 vertical stacks of 6 pots Vertigro system - 288 plants. I have 5 tanks ranging from 150 to 250 gallons each. Now I have two of the tanks running so far. One is 250 Gallons and one is 200 Gallons. 

I just got back from the great folks at MorningStar Fisherman. Ron and I picked up 150 Fingerlings and A breeding Colony of 12, all Blue. Ron took home 50 of the fingerlings for his system. I keep the Breeding Colony and 100 3-5 fingerlings. Now they are in totes with aeration.  My PH is 6.8 and the water they are in is 7.4.  

SOOO How do I aclimate them.  I thinking of adding a quart of so of my water to their water 15 Gallons in each tote. Keep adding a quart every ? often.  

What do you recommend on the best way to introduce the fish to my tanks.  I have no fish in them now.

100 fingerlings in Tote.  NOW I am doing Aquaponics finally.
