2-3" Blue tilapia

I am located in Brooklyn, NY and am seeking a few 2-3" blue tilapia for my homescale aquaponics system.

I ordered fingerlings but the shipping/integration seemed to shock them and they did not survive- thus I am looking for bigger fish that will integrate better. I have been searching but I have only found sources for fingerlings.

Does anyone have any fish available, or ideas of where to search? Thank you for reading.
