I have a pair of very productive Blue Tilapia. If anyone in/around Tucson would be interested in buying some babies, I'm selling my smallest (about 3/4") for $1 each. They are growing quickly. I also have quite a few that are 3" or better...will sell them at $3.50 each.

And that's just from my smaller indoor tanks! I discovered the group I have in the large stock tank out back have been busy too! I have no idea how many I now have out there!

Thank you!
DWC Raft Beds - Are there local sellers on the east coasttag:aquaponicgardening.ning.com,2014-04-22:4778851:Topic:5589902014-04-22T22:59:18.378ZPaul Phillip Meyerhttps://aquaponicgardening.ning.com/profile/PaulPhillipMeyer

Hello,

I'm about to purchase around 200 4X6 raft beds but the only dealer I know is Beaver plastics in California. I'm surprised I couldn't find a direct post on this since most people do DWC and either make their own or buy them setup. Anyone have any resources to a plastic company that would make them on the east coast? I'm in Virginia. I know shipping is really high so I'd like to pick them up.

I have a small system that sits indoors. It is a flood and drain with about 30 gallons in it (it can probably hold an additional 10 gal) and about 12 sq ft of grow bed.

I'm looking to add some fish into my system. I currently have 6 goldfish. Their waste doesn't seem to be able to keep up with what the system needs. Can anyone recommend a place to get some additional fish? I would like to be able to get some Blue Tilapia. It's my understanding that Tampa is in a region where I wouldn't require a license to own Blue Tilapia (see http://myfwc.com/license/aquaculture-certificate/aquaponics/)

Also, please advise if I should get some fish other than Tilapia and explain why. I'm still kind of new to this and have been trying to get my system to run for about 6 months now.
