<p>Biggest issue I see at the moment is how the heck to haul living produce to market and keep it looking marketable during transport and on the market tables.</p>
<p>Needing to keep the labor reasonable but also need to haul enough produce to market and be able to set up in a reasonable time without rendering the product unmarketable.</p>

<p>Goal, to get enough product to market to make it profitable to…</p>

<p>Thanks TCLynx for starting this group. I have been working on how to transition from the 9 to 5 to working at the homestead so this is extremely timely. We are trying to establish a true permaculture environment and of course aquaponics is going to play a central role in all this.</p>
<p>I've got most of the what to grow and how to grow worked out but the how to sell it is still a mystery. We are raising ducks, guineas, chickens and a few turkeys free ranged and supplemented with organic…</p>

<p>I am seriously considering trying to sell as much as possible wholesale to restaurants. Anyone else targeting mainly restaurants? Pros/Cons?</p>
