The Field to Fork group, Rooting DC, is looking for speakers local to the Washington Metro region to hold forth on "edible gardening," they say, "schoolyard gardening, cooking demonstrations, food preservation, nutrition & healthy eating, ethnic specialty crops, equitable food distribution, and anything in between!"
