Hi Greg,

We're looking into 10,000 ~ 50,000 square-feet per level, as my current industry analysis and market research suggest that to be in strong strategic position will probably require a large-scale facility in order to tap into a larger market. Still working on an economic model for this though. Unfortunately I won't be able to make Denver this year either, but I'm sure those who attend would be willing to share photos and info

Yep we are moving.  About 17 miles from our current place.

At this moment I am in Atlanta, but I don't think I get enough time off this trip to go on any field trips.  Sorry.

Many people use lava rock (in OZ they call it scoria)

Few tips about lava rock,

1-you want to make sure the stuff you get was never used for industrial waste water filtration before being sold as landscape rock.

2-lava rock takes some extra washing as it tends to be really dusty.

3-it may tend to be bigger than you really want but you could use it in the bottom of the bed and then top the bed with something nicer if you have trouble getting the size you want.
