Cucumber mosaic virus

I recently planted cucumbers in our media bed in a passive solar greenhouse and the they are not doing well and the leaves are turning yellow-brown. This would indicate cucumber mosaic virus in a regular garden but I am new to aquaponics so not sure if that happens. Does anyone have any answers or fixes? Thanks...
