Hi Thanks for the heads up.  I know it gets too hot for the fish here in a greenhouse, so was considering keeping them in an outbuilding (it stays a bit cooler, but not much).  I could put in a small evaporative cooler for the hotter days?  I just don't know.  I know the fishies will be fine until next summer, but still, the heat will get them before I can harvest! I've even thought of throwing ice in on the hotter days to keep the water cool.  Not practical, I know.  Luckily, it cools off here at night unlike Phx.  So I might have a chance.
