"This is a good thread with excellent points made by experienced and new growers. Best to use grow media beds followed in series by a flow bed. Each has its strengths as pointed out below."

Do you have to use electric for your system? I have nothing done yet still trying to build beds and use some moving totes for the plants can I use the irrigation system that was already set up on the ground it all looks good from my eye. What do I do first? Fish, worms, lava in totes, what or all of the above? Mahala Ronni
