Even when the temps got down into the 20's for a week or so and my tank froze over (it is not buried), I didnt lose any of my channel catfish or my koi.... tilapia would have died @ sub 50's. No heating.
Going for about a year... got some catfish and a few veggies.. Im on the east side near I35. give me holler and Ill show you around my setup... I make beer, so we'll have something to talk over...
I can not recommend any yet myself. I'm just getting started and am looking for recommendations my self . I do like the ones I'm seeing that are made of wood and use a liner.
