@TCLynx -  Last I checked the USDA only had Farm raised or Wild for fish and shellfish.  And that was only needed to be disclosed to the re-seller, not the consumer.  I have yet to find any legal source to say that other than Organic as a marketing effort with meats, that there is no standard to  dictate what is "organic" like with veggies.

I wonder if they are going to get in trouble by claiming that their fish is "Organically Grown" since last I knew there were no "Organic Standards" For fish even if the feed is organic and the Aquaponic Veggies certified organic.

This is a photo of a fish farm in the Philippines that belongs to a very good friend of mine.  He raises channel catfish, Tilapia and Prawns.  His biggest challenge is filtration.

I am just replumbing my ''Mini Commercial Fish Farm" here in Washington.  I have a pond and a grow house with 5-1300 gallon rotomolded tanks.  I raise Koi, Trout and Catfish.  I have learned a wealth of information about how not to do it - I know how Tomas Edison felt.

There are no books on the subject of commercial fish farming, much less ''Mini Commercial Fish Farming."  The big issues that I have dealt with are:

Tank Layout

Filter Establishment

Water Quality

Water Aeration

Water Heating for the Catfish and Koi

Grow House Heating

Believe me, I am writing up a case study on my project as a book.  I know a 1,000 ways not to do it.

@Fabiola Burgos - It can be a long process with habanero.  I grow a multitude of pepper types and Habanero can be picky.  Make sure you are keeping a steady temp and that the plants are not getting too much water.  Habanero like a media temp of 75 or better.  It is an average of 90-150 days for fruit to show up on a good plant.  I had 50 plants this year and only two fruited.  Last year all fruited.
